Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS Efforts
I have been a part of Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS benefits for the past 10 years. In university, I served on the board for BoCo Cares as Social Media Operator, Secretary, Vice President, and President. We produced 6 productions each year with all proceeds going to BCEFA. I also created and directed a new annual event called the “Valentine’s Sock Hop” in efforts to promote love of all shapes and kinds during Valentine’s Day week. Producing, directing, and creating productions to tell underrepresented stories and showcase brilliant talents was one of the greatest joys of my experience with BoCo Cares.
